ज्योतिष शास्त्र में चंद्रमा व शनि की युति से बनने वाले योग को विष योग कहते हैं। यदि इनके बीच दृष्टि संबंध भी हो तो यह योग होता है। चंद्रमा मन का कारक होता है व शनि शरीर में अलग भागों में दर्द का कारक होता है। यदि कुंडली में शनि व चंद्र दोनों ही मारक हैं या कारक होने के बावजूद त्रिक भाव में बैठे हैं तो भी यह योग काम करता है। शनि-चंद्र मारक होकर जिस घर में युति बनाएंगे, वह उस घर से संबंधित रोग देते है। सिंह व धनु लग्न के जातकों को यह योग विशेष प्रभावित करता है।
यह योग प्रथम भाव में स्नायु तंत्र को प्रभावित करता है। दूसरे भाव में यह युति दांत व दाहिनी आंख को प्रभावित करता है। तीसरे घर में यह गला, दायां कान व गर्दन पर प्रभाव देता है। चौथे घर में छाती, फेफड़े और दिल पर असर करता है।
पंचम भाव में गर्भाशय, पाचन-तंत्र को प्रभावित करता है। छठे घर में आंतों से संबंधी रोग, दुर्घटना, चोट का खतरा रहता है। सप्तम भाव में मूत्र मार्ग व गर्भाशय को प्रभावित करता है। अष्टम भाव में जननांग रोग व मृत्यु तुल्य कष्ट देता है।
नवम भाव में कूल्हे, जांघ व भाग्य पर दुष्प्रभाव होता है। दशम भाव में काम-धंधा, घुटना व जोड़ों में दर्द प्रभावित होते हैं। एकादश भाव में बायां कान व घुटने से नीचे व आय प्रभावित होती है। द्वादश भाव में नींद न आना व डिप्रेशन, जेल जाने का योग भी बनता है।

In astrology, the Yog formed by the conjunction of Moon and Saturn is called Vish Yog. If there is a sight relation between them, then this Yog is formed. Moon is the factor of mind and Saturn is the factor of pain in different parts of the body. If both Saturn and Moon are marak in the horoscope or despite being a factor, they are sitting in Trik Bhav, then also this Yog works. Saturn-Moon being marak, the house in which they make a conjunction, they give diseases related to that house. This Yog specially affects the people of Leo and Sagittarius Ascendant.
This Yog affects the nervous system in the first house. In the second house, this Yog affects the teeth and right eye. In the third house, it affects the throat, right ear and neck. In the fourth house, it affects the chest, lungs and heart.
