1. Scope of Services
Astrogyanvi is a digital astrology platform offering Horoscope, Kundli Analysis, Astrology Guidance, Live Consultation via Chat/Call, and other related services.
All services are meant for guidance purposes only. Users are solely responsible for any personal, business, financial, medical, or legal decisions taken on the basis of our services.

2. User Registration
Users must create a valid account to access the services.
All information provided during registration must be true, complete, and up to date.
Each individual may maintain only one account.
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the platform.

3. Payments & Refund Policy
Astrotez supports multi-currency transactions for both domestic and international users. Payments can be made in Indian Rupees (INR) and other major global currencies (such as USD, EUR, GBP, etc.) depending on the user’s location and payment method availability.
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners, including Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Stripe, and other RBI/Globally regulated entities.
Users must comply with the rules, terms, and policies of the selected payment gateway, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) regulations, as applicable.
Conversion charges, foreign exchange fees, or international transaction charges (if applicable) will be borne by the user.
Upon successful payment, services will be activated immediately.
No Refund Policy: Since services are personalized, no cancellations or refunds are allowed once delivered. In case of a failed transaction where money is deducted but the service is not delivered, refunds will be initiated as per the respective payment gateway partner’s refund timelines and policy (generally within 7–10 working days).
The Company reserves the right to suspend or withhold payments in case of suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or non-compliant transactions.

Users shall not engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activities on the platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination of the user account.

Astrogyanvi and its astrologers provide consultation for guidance only. Final decisions rest with the user.
The company shall not be liable for any medical, financial, legal, or personal loss/damages arising from reliance on our services.
